摘要 基于ABAQUS软件建立了圆锥滚子轴承内圈冷辗扩封闭成形热力耦合有限元模型。通过对坯料辗扩过程中应力应变分析,获得了圆锥滚子轴承内圈辗扩过程中金属流动规律。结果表明,辗扩过程中金属流动由小端面向大端面。分析了封闭辗扩过程中坯料温度的分布规律,并与开式辗扩过程进行了对比。结果表明,封闭辗扩有利于改善端部质量,但辗扩时温度比开式成形要高。 Thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model of tapered roller bearing inner ring cold rolling closed forming was established based on the software ABAQUS. The metal flow law of tapered roller beating inner ring rolling process was obtained by analyzing the stress and strain of the blank rolling process. The results indicate that metal flow in rolling process is from the small end surface to the big end surface. The distribution law of temperature in the closed rolling was analyzed and compared with the open rolling. The results indicate that closed rolling is beneficial to improve the quality of the end surface, but the temperature is higher than that of the open rolling.
