摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析对低碳铝镇静钢冷轧板的表面缺陷进行了分析和研究。结果表明,缺陷主要是由高硬度、难变形的Al2O3夹杂引起的。根据生产工艺流程及现场情况预测了Al2O3夹杂来源,并提出了低碳铝镇静钢冷轧板表面质量的改善措施。
The surface defects of low-carbon aluminum killed steel cold rolling plate were studied by using scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the defects are mainly caused by Al2O3 inclusions with high hardness and difficult deformation. According to the production process and the site condition, the source of Al2O3 inclusions was forecast and improving measures of surface quality of the low-carbon aluminum killed steel cold rolling plate were proposed
