摘要
采用不同变形量的自由锻造制备了φ90 mm的TA7棒材,研究了锻造变形量对TA7棒材组织及性能的影响。结果表明,大变形量不适宜TA7钛合金锻造,变形量大是导致TA7棒材宏观组织出现"麻坑"的主要原因;宏观组织上的"麻坑"不会因为腐蚀时间的增长而出现或增多,"麻坑"是材料内部的一种孔洞缺陷,一般存在于棒材探伤不合格的区域。
φ90 mm TA7 bar with different forging deformation was prepared by free forging. The effects of the forging deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TA7 bar were studied. The results show that large deformation is not suitable for TA7 titanium alloy forging, which is the main reason for the "pockmarks" of the TA7 bar macrostructure. The "pockmarks" will not appear or increase with the extension of corrosion time. It is a hole defect inside the material, which generally exists in unqualified area of the bar flaw detection.
