摘要
采用光纤激光器对H220YD+ZF镀锌钢板进行激光添加铜粉的焊接试验,研究了添加不同浓度的铜粉对焊缝的表面成形性和力学性能的影响。运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜与能谱分析的方法分析了焊接接头不同区域的组织特征及主要元素分布,观察了焊接件拉伸断口形貌的变化。
The laser welding experiments of H220YD+ZF galvanized steel added copper powder was conducted by fiber laser. The effect of different concentrations of copper powder on the weld formability and mechanical properties were studied. By metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum, the tissue characteristics of different regions and the distribution of main elements on the welded joints was analyzed. The tensile fracture morphology of the welded samples was observed.
