摘要
针对导管架K型节点焊后热处理,在采用柔性装配式感应加热器进行加热的基础上,本文设计了三种感应圈布置方案,并利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对各方案进行感应加热数值模拟,得到各自感应加热温度场。通过对三种方案的温度场结果、可操作性以及加热效率进行比较分析,总结得出各感应圈布置方案的优势与不足,为现场试验和后续生产应用提供了重要依据。
For post-weld heat treatment of K-joint of jacket tubular, on the basis of flexible assembly induction heater, three induction loop layout schemes were designed. The software ANSYS was used to simulate the induction heating of each scheme to obtain the temperature field respectively. By the analysis of temperature field result, maneuverability and heating efficiency of the three schemes, the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme can be obtained, which can provide an important basis for field test and subsequent production.
