摘要
对断裂的20CrMnTi万向节进行了硬度测试、组织以及流线分析。结果表明:万向节断裂的主要原因为流线分布不合理。改进锻造工艺后,流线分布合理,硬度下降2 HRC,组织中的碳化物较细小、分布均匀。改进工艺后生产的万向节能满足使用要求。
The hardness test, microstructure analysis and flow line analysis of 20CrMnTi universal joint after fracture were carried out. The results show that the main reason for the universal joint fracture is caused by unreasonable flow line distribution. After improvement of forging process, the flow line distribution is reasonable, the hardness decreases 2HRC, the carbide in the microstructure is relatively fine and uniform distribution. The universal joint produced by improved forging process can meet the use requirements.
