摘要
磨盘场石炭系气藏进入开发后期,地层压力降低,气井带液生产能力减弱,井底积液造成油套压差增加,产气量下降。在分析磨盘场石炭系气藏各井生产情况、产水特征和泡沫排水采气工艺适应性的基础上,通过对起泡剂发泡能力、携液能力与地层流体配伍性试验,筛选了UT-1型起泡剂在池061-1井开展泡沫排水采气工艺现场试验,取得了明显效果。池061-1井取得的经验,可有效指导磨盘场石炭系气藏开发后期其它气井开展泡沫排水采气措施。
With continuous development of Mopanchang Carboniferous gas reservoir, formation pressure drops, production capacity of gas well carrying liquid weakeneds and bottom hole liquid loading has resulted in tubing casing pressure difference increase and production drawdown. Conducted is analysis on production status of each well in Mopanchang Carboniferous gas reservoir, and their water generation characteristics and adaptability of gas recovery by foam drainage, test are the foaming capacity and liquid carrying capacity of foaming agents and the compatibility with the formation fluid and selected is the UT-1 foaming agent to conduct field test in Chi 061-1 well and obvious effects are obtained. Experience obtained in Chi 061-1 well test can effectively guide other gas wells in gas recovery by foam drainage.
