摘要
有源电力滤波器(APF)能同时兼顾谐波与无功补偿,目前已成为是改善系统品质的一种有效手段。针对大容量矿用电力滤波器以及均压问题,提出了一种新的组合式多电平拓扑结构,即在级联H桥拓扑结构的基础上每相再串联一个半桥逆变单元,且各相半桥部分共用一个电容。该拓扑结构通过H桥级联部分既可实现高压大功率逆变,解决了APF的容量问题,又通过各相半桥部分共用一个电容可促进三相电容电压均衡,解决了APF均压问题。仿真实验验证了该方案的正确性与有效性。
The active power filter (APF) has become an effective means of improving system quality which could both achieve harmonics and reactive power compensation. In order to solve the problems of the power capacity and voltage balance of APF in the coal mine, proposes a new kind of combined multi-level topology, which series with a half-bridge inverter unit in each phase on the basis of cascaded H-bridge topology, and the three half-bridge units sharing a capacitor. The topology not only achieve high-voltage power inverter by cascading H-bridge part which solve the capacity problems of APF, but also promote the three-phase capacitors voltage balancing by using the same capacitor of the half-bridge part each phase which solve the capacitors voltage balancing. The simulation and experiment verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposal.
