摘要
为了提高煤炭的块煤率,以顺序式布置为例,建立了表征块煤率的切削面积模型和切削方正性模型,利用Matlab建立了采煤机滚筒截齿布置参数对块煤率影响的仿真模型,分析了最大切削厚度和截齿倾斜角对块煤率的影响。仿真结果表明:通过改变截齿的布置参数可以有效提高煤炭的块煤率,为新型滚筒的设计提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the lump coal rate, the influence of pick arrangement parameters on lump coal rate is researched based on the sequential arrangement. The cutting area model and cutting square model are established to characterize lump coal rate, the simulation model of the influence of pick arrangement parameters on lump coal rate is established with Matlab. The influences of the maximum cutting thickness and pick tilt angle on lump coal rate are analyzed. The simulation results show that the lump coal rate may be effectively improved by changing pick arrangement parameters. It provides a theoretical basis for designing new shearer drum.
