摘要
介绍了煤矿给煤机控制系统的发展现状,针对其传统电子称重方式存在的问题,提出在给煤机控制系统中引入PLC可编程控制技术和变频调速技术。重点阐述新型给煤机控制系统的工作原理、硬件结构、软件结构、控制方式和技术特点。基于PLC的给煤机自动控制技术,经平煤五矿实际应用,实现了给煤机的自动化控制,提高了给煤机的操控性、可靠性和经济性。
Introduces the development situation of coal feeder control system. Aiming at the problems of traditional electrical weighting methods, introduces the PLC control technology and frequency control technique in the coal feeder control system. Elaborates the working principle, hardware structure, software structure, control mode and technical characteristics of the new coal feeder control system. This coal feeder automatic control technology realizes the auto-control through the application at No. 5 mine of Pingmei, which improves the operation, reliable and economic.
