摘要
针对煤矿带式输送机使用中能耗大的现状,探讨了带式输送机节能降耗的方法,将变频调速技术引入带式输送机。根据其实际运量动态地调节带速,不仅提高有效负载率,实现带式输送机节能目的,而且采用模糊控制和PLC控制相结合的控制方式,实现了带式输送机的自动化控制。
Aiming at the serious energy waste situation of belt conveyor in application, discusses the energy- saving method, and brings the variable speed drive technology into belt conveyor. According to the actual dynamic loading capacity to adjust the belt speed, it not only improve the effect loading capacity and realizes the energy- saving purpose, but also realizes the automatic control of belt conveyor combined with fuzzy control and PLC control methods.
