摘要
提出一种以PLC为核心,在普通组合启动器中直接添加自动排水系统控制程序的改造方案。该方案可将水位、压力、真空度、流量等传感器信号传输给启动器中的PLC,由一台组合启动器来控制多台水泵电动机,直接实现排水系统的自动控制。重点介绍组合启动器的基本组成和功能,给出了一个PLC选型和编程的实例。
Aiming at the automatic drainage system at underground mine, puts forward a reconstruction scheme of directly adding the automatic drainage system control program in combined starter in the core of PLC. This scheme transports water level, pressure, vacuum degree, flow sensor signals to a starter in the PLC. And one combined starter control muhi-pump motors, directly to realize the automatic control of drainage system. Then introduces the basic composition and functions of combined starter and gives out an example of PLC type choice and programming.
