Foundation Load Computation of Belt Conveyor's Driving Drum Frame

基于结构的对称性,将带式输送机驱动滚筒架载荷简化为平面力系。建立驱动滚筒架基础载荷的计算模型,进行受力分析,并根据变形协调及力矩平衡条件,计算基础螺栓的载荷。

Based on the constructional symmetry of the driving drum frame of the belt conveyor, the loads imposed on it were simplified into a planar force system. Thus sets up the model for computation and the foundation load of the driving drum frame has been analyzed. According to the conditions of anchor bolts＇ deformation coordination and torque balance, the load of anchor bolts is computed.
