摘要
老年人主观幸福感水平直接关系到老年人晚年的生活质量,因此,如何增强老年人主观幸福感对于提高老年人的心理健康水平、延长寿命有重要意义。本文对体育锻炼与老年人主观幸福感关系的研究进行了回顾和总结,发现体育锻炼可以从直接和间接两种途径提高老年人主观幸福感,并提出该领域未来研究应努力的方向。
The subjective well-being level of elderly is directly related to the quality of life in their old age,therefore,how to enhance SWB for older people is important to improve mental health and extend the life of the elderly. The paper makes review on relationship between physical exercise and SWB,finding that physical exercise can improve the SWB of older people in two ways-direct and indirect sides,and point out future direction in this field:Strengthen the control of unrelated variables;Increase “dose-response”research between physical exercise and SWB of the elderly;Develop longitudinal studies on experience of physical exercise on SWB of elderly.
