摘要
通过网络成瘾定义、症状与危害、诊断、干预与治疗等方面的综述,全面认识与了解网络成瘾,并试图阐述体育活动对预防、控制、治疗网络成瘾的作用以及体育活动防治网络成瘾的途径。
The paper aims to let people get comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Internet addiction by overall review of definition and symptoms of Internet addiction, along with harm, diagnosis, intervention, and treatment. It also attempts to illustrate the advantages of sports activities for the prevention, control, and treatment of Internet addiction and solutions to deal with Internet addiction.
