基于ARM的便携式电机参数实时监测仪设计

摘要 针对三相电机参数监测问题,基于AT91SAM9261微处理器和嵌入式实时操作系统VxWorks,设计了一套便携式电机参数监测仪。监测仪以ATT7022B电能测量芯片和鉴相计数单元为核心,对三相电机的工作电压、电流及电机的转速转向参数进行实时监测与故障报警,并能在联网模式下通过以太网与上层监控主机通信,实现远程参数监测和多电机联网测量,保证系统安全的同时方便了伺服系统调试。 For the problem of three-phase motor parameter monitoring, a portable motor parameters monitor is designed based on ArB)lSAM9261 microcontroller and the embedded real-time operating system VxWorks. The circuit of the monitor takes the dedicated energy measurement chip AT17022B, the phase demodulator and the counting unit as the core. The working parameters of the three-phase motor such as voltage, current, rotational speed and direction, can be monitored real-time and malfunction alarm. In network mode, the monitor can also communicate with the upper monitoring host through Ethernet, and the remote monitoring and muhi-motor online parameters measurement are realized, which ensures system security while being convenient for the servo system debugging.
