摘要
研制了一套整车气制动综合模拟试验系统。采用精密伺服电机加快速气缸的加载模式,在一套加载机构上实现了快速制动和缓慢制动两种制动工况的模拟;应用伺服控制与高速数据采集技术,对制动系统的动态响应特性、关键制动部件的静特性和制动部件之间的匹配性进行检测。根据《专用检测设备评定方法指南》(JB/T 10633-2006),对制动模拟系统的测试项目进行了多次试验测试。试验数据表明,该制动模拟系统动态响应时间小于0.6 s,测量能力指数均大于2.0,满足汽车行业标准和测试评定要求。
A simulation test system for vehicle air brake is developed. Through adopting the load model of high precious servo motor and quick cylinder, the simulations of fast brake and slow brake conditions are realized on a set loading mechanism. Servo control technology and high-speed data acquisition technology are used to test the dynamic response characteristic of the brake system, the static characteristic of key brake components and the matching between the brake components. According to JB/T 10633 -2006, the projects of braking simulation system are tested for many times. The test results show that the dynamic response time of brake analogy system is less than 0.6 s and measurement capability indices is greater than 2.0, which satisfies the requirements of automobile industry standard and test evaluation.
