Analysis on Supply Chain of Competitive Manufacturers with Shareholding

考虑两竞争制造商通过共同零售商销售替代产品的两层供应链系统,分别研究制造商未持股和制造商单向持股情形下供应链成员的决策及其对供应链绩效的影响。对制造商单向持股存在持股方与售股方都可以接受的持股成本区间,但这会损害零售商收益和供应链整体绩效,随着持股比例的增加,对供应链绩效的损害会进一步加剧。

Two echelon supply chain system where two manufacturers produce competing products and sell them through a common retailer is concerned. It analyzed the decision of supply chain members and supply chain performance when manufacturer hold shares of another manufacturer or not respectively. It was found there is an acceptable cost area for both shareholder and share seller to achieve coordinated management. A manufacturer held another＇s shares would increase its own profit while decrease retailer＇s profit and did harm to total supply chain performance. Also if manufacturer gain more proportion of the shares, the supply chain performance would be further reduced.
