摘要
财务管理工作是企业现代管理制度的重要组成部分,对企业发展有着十分重要的作用。文中以中小企业财务管理为重点,分别从中小企业财务管理的作用、存在的问题、应把握的原则以及需重点解决的问题等方面进行了详细的论述。
Financial management is an important part of modern enterprise management system, has a very important role in the development of enterprises. In this paper, the SME financial management as the key point, separately from the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management function, existing problems, principles and the key problems are discussed in detail.
