摘要
随着经济全球化的不断发展,企业在生存发展过程中面临的挑战也越来越大,在这些挑战中立于不败之地的关键,是抓住对人才的培养。只有提高了人才的竞争力,挖掘其工作潜能,才能为企业创造出更大的财富。在总结分析企业员工的显著特点、以及在管理过程中经常出现的问题后,文中提出了对现代化的企业员工,相对而言科学合理的管理方案。
With the continuous development of economic globalization, the challenges that enterprises facing is also growing in the process of survival and development. It is crucial to Value the Cultivation of personnel, if any enterprises want to remain invincible in these challenges. Only by improving the competitiveness of personnel, and excavating the potential of their working, can create greater wealth for enterprises.
