Thinking of Higher Vocational Education Development

现阶段,我国高职教育的发展面临许多新问题,如何在激烈的教育竞争环境里争得一席之地是高职教育工作者应当认真研究的一项课题。为此,各高职院校应转变经营理念,变"管理学校"为"经营学校";规范教师队伍,变"送出去"为"请进来";打造专业品牌,变"有形资产"为"无形资本";培养实用人才,变"操作工人"为"技术工人"。

The development of Chinese vocational education is facing many new problems at present, how to win the competition in the competitive education environment is a subject vocational educators should carefully study. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should change the management idea, change ＂managing school＂ to ＂operating school＂; regulate teachers, change ＂sending out＂ to ＂coming in＂; create the professional brand, change ＂tangible assets＂ to ＂intangible capital＂;cultivate practical talents and change ＂operating workers＂ into the ＂skilled workers＂.
