桂南会战前新桂系的军事政治动员——以第三届广西学生军的活动为中心

Political and Military Mobilization of the Guangxi Clique Before the Battle of South Guangxi——as the Center of the third Guangxi Students

日军侵占武汉、广州后,广西面临日军直接威胁。为防备日军入侵,新桂系组建了第三届广西学生军以动员民众。该届学生军成立后,在开展征兵动员、健全政府机构、组建抗日救亡团体、加强部队和民团政治训练等方面发挥了重要作用,为桂南会战做了一定程度的军事政治动员。

After the Japanese invaded Wuhan and Guangzhou, Guangxi was facing the direct threat. To guard against the invasion of the Japanese, the Guangxi Clique established the third Guangxi students army to mobilize people. After the students army founded, they played an important role in the development of conscription mobilization, consummated government agencies, set up Anti Japanese national salvation groups, strengthened the forces and the militia and political training which played military and political mobilization to some extent for the battle of South Guanaxi.
