温岭杀医案的伦理反思

Ethical Reflection on the Case of Killing Doctor in Wenling City

笔者以备受社会各界关注的温岭杀医案为例,梳理了主要利益相关方的反应,归纳本次医患暴力冲突的4个方面诱因:医患沟通不畅、医学局限性、患者不信任、患者自身健康责任担当,阐释了该事件对医务人员和社会造成的后果与影响,并从政府要推动公立医院改革,媒体要发挥正面导向作用,司法及公安部门要立法执法,公民要加强健康素养等方面,提出针对性的对策与建议。

By taking the case of killing doctor which is highly focused on by all social walks of life, the authors comb the reactions from the main parties of fights and interests and generalize 4 precipitating factors of the doctor-patient violence：poor doctor-patient communication, medical limitations, patient＇s distrust and patient＇s own responsibility for their health. The authors also expound the case consequences and impacts on medical workers and the society, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects that governments should promote the reform in public hospitals, the media should play a role of positive guidance, the judicial and public security departments should do a job in legislation and law enforcement and citizens should strengthen their literacy on health.
