摘要
为提高赤霉素萃余液中COD降解率、减轻赤霉素萃余液对废水处理站运行负荷的压力,对土壤样品进行富集培养、分离筛选获得"三耐"高效微生物(菌或菌群),并以赤霉素萃余液为发酵基质,免蒸静止连续发酵获得高效降解赤霉素萃余液COD的微生物菌群。该混合菌群在赤霉素萃余液中能较好生长繁殖,培养7d后,赤霉素萃余液COD从约100 000mg·L-1下降到约40 000mg·L-1,COD降解率达60%以上,为萃余液的处理开辟了新途径。
To improve the degradation rate of COD in gibberellins raffinate,and relieve the pressure on the operating load of wastewater treatment,the high-efficient “three-resistant”microorganisms (single bacterium or mixed microbial consortium)were obtained by enrichment culture and isolation techniques,then the mixed microbial consortium were inoculated in the gibberellins raffinate by free autoclaved static continuous fermentation to degrade the COD.The mixed microbial consortium propagated quickly in the gibberellins raffinate,the COD decreased from about 100 000 mg·L^-1 to about 40 000 mg·L^-1 after cultivation for 7 d,the degradation rate of COD was above 60%.
