摘要
以绿花大花蕙兰‘V3’为材料,将其成花过程分为未分化期、花芽分化期、花箭伸长期和花朵开放期,研究这4个时期可溶性糖在不同器官中的分布情况。结果表明:不同时期内各器官中可溶性糖含量有各自的变化规律,假鳞茎和花箭基部为上升、下降,再上升、下降的波浪型变化,花箭顶部为上升、平缓、下降、上升的变化,根为上升、下降、平缓、上升的变化,不同时期叶片变化差别较大。
With green flowers Cymbidium 'V3' as the material, the distribution of soluble sugar in different organs during pre-differentiation stage, flower bud differentiation stage, flower stalkelongation stage and blooming period were studied. The results showed that the distribution of soluble sugar in different organs during flower formation stages were different. The changes in pseudobulb and the base of flower buds was in a wave pattern of increasing, decreasing, increasing and deereaseing, and that in the top of flower buds was in a shape of incresing, stagnation, falling and rising, while that in root was rising, falling, stagnation and rising. The changes in leaves varied greatly in different stages.
