摘要
通过基质栽培试验,研究不同施肥水平(化肥CF为对照、低量生物有机肥OFL、中量生物有机肥OFM、高量生物有机肥OFH)对‘绿宝’芥蓝产量及光合特性的影响。结果表明,与化肥处理相比,有机肥施用低量和中量处理抑制了芥蓝生长,高量施肥处理生长正常。OFH处理(高量有机肥)植株的株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶面积和经济系数等都与CF处理相当。OFH处理光合特性各指标较高,促进叶绿素的形成,光合作用增强,有利于植物生长。说明高量有机肥处理能促进芥蓝生长,提高其产量,是适宜的有机肥施用量。
A substrate culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of different biological organic fertilizer levels (low level, medium level and high level, chemical fertilizer as control) on growth and photosynthetic characters of Chinese kale (Brassica alboglabra Bailey). Results showed that compared with control, the growth of the Chinese kale in treatments of medium and low level biological organic fertilization were inhibited. There were no significantly difference in the plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf area and plant economic coefficient of Chinese kale between chemical fertilizer treatment and high level biological organic fertilizer treatment. The photosynthesis, plant growth and the yield of Chinese kale were enhanced in the treatment of high level fertilization, and it was the appropriate organic fertilization amount for Chinese kale production.
