顶吹转炉驱动控制系统设计及应用

摘要 针对一种可纵向回转、横向倾转的冶金熔炼炉,采用全数字直流调速模块对炉体的旋转、倾转驱动电机进行实时监控,接收现场一次仪表所采集的数据,辅以PLC系统的程序调节和控制,实现各驱动电机的实时同步、主从跟随,以及回转/倾转工作方式的平滑切换,满足生产工艺的要求,实现了操作的完全可控性、稳定性和可靠性。 For one metallurgical smelting furnace that can be longitudinally back-rotated and laterally tilt-rotated, full-digital DC speed control module should be adopted for real-time monitoring of furnace drive motor with rotation and tilt-rotation, the data collected by primary instrument should be received along with program adjustment and control of PLC system to accomplish smooth switch of real-time synchronization, master-slave follow and back rotation/tih-rotation working method, by which controllability, stability and reliability of operation can be reached and requirement of production process can be satisfied.
