汽动给水泵在试运过程中的问题分析及采取措施

Analysis of the Problems and Measures in the Commissioning Process of the Feed Pump Driven by Steam Turbine

针对汽动给水泵在试运时出现的盘车未脱开、汽动给水泵热态启动暖机时间选择、事故状态下操作方式等各种问题,着重从运行方式、结构特点等方面进行了分析,提出了汽动给水泵在运行过程中应该注意的问题及采取的紧急措施,保证了系统的安全运行。

In the commissioning process of the feed pump driven by mini-type steam turbine, the problems of the turning gear,start time selection, and operation mode appeared. According to the operation mode and mechanical structure,suggestions and measures in the process of daily operation were put forward,which guaranteed the system to run safely.
