摘要
对苗圃内生长1年的米槁实生苗进行出圃前的质量调查,在调查精度为95%的基础上,分析了影响米槁苗木质量的相关因子。以苗高、地径为分级指标,运用SPSS17.0软件进行聚类分析得出米槁实生苗苗木分级标准,Ⅰ级苗为D≥0.83cm、H≥87.6cm,Ⅱ级苗为0.83cm≥D≥0.57cm、87.6cm≥H≥76.4cm,Ⅲ级苗为D<0.57cm、H<76.4cm。为米槁苗木生产中的质量判别和分级拣选提供了科学的依据。
Just before outplanting, one--year old seedlings of Cinnamornum rnigao H. W. Li. were investigated for their qualifies in the field and, with accuracy of 95 %, the limiting factors for the seedling quality were analyzed. Then, the grading criteria of the seedlings were discussed with the method of cluster analysis by using SPSS17.0 software. As the result, the seedling height (H) and the ground diameter (D) were proposed as the quality indicators, based on which 3 quality classes were divided: The criteria for class Ⅰere D≥0.83cm and H≥87.6cm; the criteria for class Ⅱwere 0.83cm≥D≥0.57cm and 87.6 cm≥H≥76.4cm; the criteria for class Ⅲwere D〈0.57cm and H〈76.4cm. Results of the study provide strong supports for the quality evaluation and quality--based selection of C. migao seedlings in the practice.
