文章简要介绍54m跨度正三角形折线变截面管桁架的深化设计和加工制作情况,重点阐述深化设计的难点和加工制作技术要点,并详细介绍相贯线切割、柱顶典型节点和桁架工厂整榀预拼装等技术措施。
This paper mainly describes the detail design and manufacture technology of 54 meters large span steel pipe trusses, who is regular triangle and line variable cross-section. It explaines the difficulties of detail design and the key points of manufacture. And it introduces mainly the technical procedure measures of the intersecting line cutting, the typical joint of truss column and the preassemble of whole truss in shop etc.
