摘要
无粘结预应力混凝土密肋PCM内模楼盖与传统普通混凝土梁板结构相比减轻结构自重,节约钢筋、混凝土,具有很好的经济实用性。适用于大跨度结构,其空心结构对保温、隔热、隔音等性能有大幅度提高,安装简便,节能环保。文章结合工程实例介绍双向后张法无粘结预应力混凝土密肋PCM内模楼盖施工技术。
Compared with the ribbed PCM internal model floor with ordinary concrete beam slab structure, it reduced the weight of structure, the consumption of prestressed concrete and has very good economic feature. It is suitable for large span structure. The heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation performance are greatly improved, the installation is simple, energy saving and environmental protection. Combining with the engineering example,it introduces a method of bidirectional non bonding prestressed concrete ribbed PCM internal model floor construction technology.
