试析传统执政文化对党的执政文化建设的影响

Effects of the Traditional Governing Culture on Constructing the Governing Culture of the CPC

中国传统执政文化源远流长,长久以来已经融化在统治阶级(集团)的思想意识和行为规范之中,逐渐沉积为稳定持久的政治思维、价值观念和道德规范。系统考察和分析"德主刑辅"与依法治国、"以民为本"与以人为本、勤政廉政与"两个务必"等执政理念的会通之处,并加以批判继承,这对党的执政文化建设具有重要的借鉴作用。

Chinese traditional governing culture exists for a long history, and has been integrated into the ideology and behavior norms of the ruling class, forming series of steady and everlasting political thinking modes, values and moral norms. This paper made a systematic and critical analysis of the interaction between the ideas 'Virtue dominates while punishment subordinates' and 'ruling the nation by law', 'people first' and 'human-oriented', 'honest and industrious government' and the 'Two Musts'. It is believed that the findings of this paper may shed important insights into the construction of the governing culture of the CPC.
