In Albert Einstein's thought of social philosophy, he mainly focused on the question of 'war and peace' and he thought that 'world government' is the key to realize the world peace. He put a lot effort to the movement of world government and gave a comprehensive assumption. This essay summarizes Einstein's main views about world government and analyses some reasons that lead to the failure of world government. To give a further study on the movement of world government in that times of Einstein will help us to understand the global governance well.
