摘要
为实现发动罩盖的轻量化设计,本文使用铝合金材料制作发动机罩盖。基于刚度和行人保护,利用OptiStruct软件优化设计一种新型的铝合金内板结构,相比原钢制罩盖,重量减轻46.4%,行人头部保护、刚度和模态性能没有降低。
In order to realize the engine hood lightweight, the authors use the aluminum alloy materials to make the engine hood. Based on the stiffness and the pedestrian protection, they apply the OptiStruct optimization software to design a new type of inner aluminum alloy plate structure. Comparing the original steel hood, it reduces weight 46.4%, and the pedestrian head protection, stiffness and modal performance are not lower.
