摘要
为摸清造成巴西、阿根廷大豆采购质量与国内到港、入库质量之间产生较大差异的具体环节和原因。通过与巴西、阿根廷农业主管部门、谷物商会、国际检验机构、港口现场工作人员等各个层面的广泛接触,采取沟通、交流、参观、现场观摩和检测对比分析,发现质量标准、扦样检测方法的不统一及中转物流环节是造成进口大豆质量差异的主要原因。
In order to find out the cauese of quality difference between soybean procurement of Argentina, Brazil and the actual goods arrived at the port or into the warehouse in China, extensive contacts with all aspects of site staff in the agricultural department, Cereals Chamber of Commerce, International inspection agen- cies, etc had been done. By adopting communication, visiting, on--site demonstration and testing contrast analysis, inconsistent quality standards, sampling way, detection method and, transit damage in the process of logistics had been determinated the main reason caused imported soybean quality differences.
