山区初治肺结核患者主动就诊延迟的影响因素分析

Analysis of initial treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis patients in active treatment delay factor

目的分析山区初治肺结核患者主动就诊延迟的影响因素,为提升肺结核疾病发现率提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查方法对某山区县2011年3月至2013年3月期间登记的208例初治肺结核患者发放问卷进行调查分析。结果山区初治肺结核患者总延迟率为67.8%(141/208),不同年龄组(青壮年与老年人)的就诊延迟率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同职业,文化教育程度的就诊延迟率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大多数就诊延迟患者了解肺结核免费治疗的相关政策,但不同性别就诊延迟率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论农民以及农民工文化水平低,老年人行动不便是影响肺结核患者主动就诊延迟的主要因素。建议政府大力宣传早期诊治的重要性,重点解决贫困山区肺结核患者的交通费用、就诊复查费用等问题。

Objective To analyze initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in active treatment delay factors , and provide scientific basis for the finding rate of tuberculosis disease in ascension .Methods A questionnaire survey on 2011 in a mountainous area county in March ～2013 year in March registered 208 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients questionnaire survey analysis .Results In patients with tuberculosis total delay rate was 67.8%（141/208）, different age groups （young and old） of patient delay rate compared , the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, different occupation, education degree of patient delay rate compared , differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05） the majority of patients, patient delay to understand the relevant policy of free treatment of TB , but different gender patients delay rate compared , no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusions The farmers and migrant workers and cultural level is low , the elderly action inconvenience is the main factor affecting the pulmonary tuberculosis patients in active treatment delay , we should pay attention to the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of government publicity , focus on solving the problem of poverty in mountainous area of pulmonary tuberculosis patients , especially for medical check transportation cost and other issues .
