AO微型钛板螺钉治疗不稳定掌指关节周围骨折的效果分析

Analysis on effect of AO mini-titanium plate screws for treatment of unstable metacarpophalangeal fracture around joint

目的：对AO微型钛板螺钉治疗不稳定型掌指关节周围骨折的临床效果进行探讨与分析。方法选取2011年6月至2013年10月期间我院收治的不稳定型掌指关节周围骨折应用AO微型钛板螺钉治疗的患者30例，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，以了解患者治疗后的恢复情况以及不良反应。结果本组的30例患者均获得了为期3～6个月的随访，且伤口愈合情况良好，通过术后进行的X线扫描显示，30例42处不稳定掌骨骨折的患者骨折部位全部复位，且无骨不连或骨延迟愈合现象发生，与健侧手指相比活动无明显差异。根据TAF评分标准评价30例不稳定掌骨骨折的患者中评价为优的有18例、评价为良的有10例、评价为差的有2例，优良率为93．33％。结论不稳定型掌指关节周围骨折应用AO微型钛板螺钉治疗的临床效果显著，功能恢复较好，值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect og AO mini titanium plate screws for the treatment of unstable angina Metacarpophalangeal fracture around joint .Methods 30 patients with finger joint fractures treated with AO mini titanium plate screws for the treatment of palmar unstable from June 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital were selected , whose clinical data , were analyzed retrospectively to understand the restoring situation after treatment and the adverse reaction .Results 30 cases in this group of patients were obtained for 3 to 6 months of follow-up, and the wound healed well .Postoperative X-ray scanning displayed that the metacarpal bone fracture site in 30 cases of the 42 patients with unstable fracture was all reset , and no nonunion or delayed bone healing occurred , without significant difference in activity from the contralateral finger . According to the TAF score standard evaluation , among the 30 cases of unstable fracture of metacarpal bone ,18 cases were of excellent evaluative results , and 10 cases were of fairly good , with only two case being with bad evaluation, which showed the excellent and good rate was 93.33%.Conclusions The clinical effect of unstable metacarpophalangeal joint fractures using AO mini titanium plate screws treatment is significantly effective , with good function recovery , therefore worthy of clinical application and promotion .
