慢性心衰患者血尿酸和房颤关系的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究慢性心衰(Chronic Heart Failure,CHF)伴房颤、(Atrial Fibrillation,AF)和伴窦性心律患者之间血尿酸(SUA)的关系,并评价AF的危险因素。方法选取280例CHF病人,其中82人为AF组、198人为窦律组;样本入选后,详细记录入选者的一般临床资料,并测定其临床生化指标,经心脏超声测定其左心室射血分数(LVEF),并对两组样本基本资料和所测临床数据进行比较。结果 AF组与窦律组相比,AF组年龄、SUA、hs-CRP和LVEF明显高于窦律组(P<0.05)。结论 AF的发生与SUA水平升高有关,可能是高尿酸血症介导了炎症的激活和氧化应激。我们的研究证明AF患者SUA和hs-CRP是明显升高的。 Objective To discuss the relationship of serum uric acid ( SUA) between arterial fibrillation ( AF) and normal sinus rhythm in chronic heart failure ( CHF ) patients and evaluating the risk factors of AF . Methods Totally 280 patients with CHF were included in the study .Of all, 82 patients had AF and 198 patients were in normal sinus .Recording the clinical features of patients enrolled in detailed , measuring clinical and biochemical indexes and determining left ventricular ejection fraction by echocardiography , then compared the basic data and the clinical data of the two groups .Results Comparing patients with AF and normal sinus rhythm , we found that age , SUA, hs-CRP and LVEF were significantly higher in patients group with AF ( P〈0.05). Conclusions The occurrence of AF associated with elevated levels of SUA .The reason is maybe mediated by activation of hyperuricemia inflammation and oxidative stress . We have shown that patients with AF have significantly higher SUA .
