根据已运营高速铁路的运营经验和常规采取的措施,结合兰新铁路和兰新铁路第二双线大风灾害频繁的特点和施工经验,对正馈线防风技术措施进行探讨,解决大风灾害造成正馈线故障,引起接触网停电,严重影响高速铁路安全运营的技术问题。
