农业科技创新人才培养视野下的研究生校园文化建设问题研究——以华中农业大学为例

Research Graduate Campus Culture from the View of the Cultivation of Innovative Talents of Agricultural Scienceand Technology——Taking Huazhong Agricultural University as the Example

阐述了校园文化建设在农业科技创新人才培养过程中的作用,以研究生校园文化建设较为成熟的华中农业大学为例,归纳剖析了该校以学术文化为重点,倡导学术创新;以群体文化为基础,丰富校园文化;以社团组织文化为抓手,促进团学育人;以实践文化为导向,追求协同创新等经验与做法。总结提出了强化思想认识、健全管理机构、加强政产学研用良性互动、改善人才培养条件等具体建议,以期为国内农林院校研究生校园文化建设、高层次农业科技创新人才培养提供借鉴。

Described the construction of campus culture cultivation in the process of agricultural science and technology innovation talents, graduate students, the construction of campus culture of mature of Huazhong Agricultural University for example, concluded the school academic culture as the focus, advocating academic innovation; to mass culture as the foundation, the rich campus culture; the organization culture as the starting point, the delegation science education; to practice culture oriented, the pursuit of innovation, some experience and practice. Summarized and established strengthen the ideological construction, perfect management mechanism, strengthen the education and research, improve the benign interaction of talent cultivation conditions and other specific advice, in order to provide valuable experience and reference of technological innovation talent high levels of agricultural culture, campus culture construction of agricultural and forestry universities in China.
