摘要
针对连栋温室天沟易变形、透光率低、保温性能差等缺陷,设计了一种可透光天沟。该透光天沟主结构采用环氧树脂为基料,辅以助剂和透明纤维等材料经模制等多道工艺复合制成。为了验证其特性对其进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,该天沟可以使温室由天沟形成的遮阳面积减少60%以上,透光率提高70%以上,保温性能提高40%以上。可透光天沟的使用可以很大程度上提高温室的透光率和保温性能,减少由天沟形成的遮阳面积,同时可节约温室的建造成本。
A light-transmissive gutter was designed which aimed at solving muhi-span greenhouse gutter with deformation, low light transmittance, poor thermal insulation and other defects. Its main structure used epoxy resin as basic material, supplemented by auxiliary and transparent fibers and other materials compound molded by multichannel composite process. Experiments were carried out to verify it's properties, the test resuhs showed that: the light-transmissive gutter could reduce the shade area which formed by gutter more than 60% and increase the light transmittance more than 70%, also improve the thermal insulation performance more than 40%. The light-transmissive could greatly increase the use of greenhouse light transmittance and heat insulation performance, reduce the visor area which by the gutter formed, and it could save greenhouse construction costs.
