摘要
随着数字技术的迅速发展和网络环境的日新月异,高校图书馆面临着从以文献为中心向以读者服务为中心的职能转变,需要优化组织结构,以贯彻科学的管理和服务理念。通过对18所上海高校图书馆组织结构的调研分析,发现图书馆的机构设置存在职能部门集成化、部门变革信息化、工作方式的用户中心化、技术部门的数字化以及项目工作组普遍化的趋势。
With the rapid development of digital technology and changing network environment, university libraries face the functional change from a literature resource center into a reader service center. University libraries need to optimize their organizational structures and put the scientific management and service concept into practice. Based on the survey of the organization structures of libraries of 18 universities in Shanghai, we find that the trend of the set up of organization, which is integration of functional departments, informationalization of department reform, user centralization of working mode, digitization of technical department and popularity of project group.
