农业产业化龙头企业科技创新问题研究——以安徽省为例

A Study on Science and Technology Innovation of the Leading Enterprises of Agricultural Industrialization—Evidence from Anhui Province

现代农业的显著标志是农业产业化,农业产业化的主体是农业龙头企业,做大做强农业产业化企业的根本出路在于加快农业科技创新。安徽省现代农业科技创新虽然取得了一定的进步,但也存在创新能力不强、投入不足、科技成果转化率不高、体制机制不完善等问题。文章认为,要推进农业科技创新,就必须深化改革和加强建设,为科技创新提供动力、资金、制度和人才保障。

The remarkable symbol of modern agriculture is agricultural industrialization whose principle part is leading enter-prises. The fundamental way,which makes agricultural industrialization enterprises bigger and stronger,is to accelerate agri-cultural science and technology innovation. There are some progresses in modern agricultural science and technology innovation in Anhui Province,but there also exist some problems such as inadequate innovation capacity,insufficient investment,lower conversion ratio of scientific and technological achievements and imperfect system and mechanism,etc. To promote agricultur-al science and technology innovation, it is essential to deepen the reform and to strengthen the construction to offer necessary impetus,funds,system and talents.
