摘要
本研究采用定量、定性结合的分析方法,对231名大学英语专业学生的写作焦虑与写作策略使用情况做了相关研究,结果表明:(1)英语专业大学生普遍存在写作焦虑这一现象,写作态度影响焦虑程度。(2)焦虑程度不同的学生在写作策略选择上有较大的差异,在准备阶段策略、过程策略和修改策略三大类中的15个子策略中存在显著差异。研究结果提供了许多关于写作焦虑、策略以及两者相关性方面的新发现,为未来此领域的进一步研究提供帮助。
Taking both quantitative and qualitative study approaches ,the study examined the cor-relation of English w riting anxiety and the use of w riting strategy by 231 Chinese English majors .A-nalysis results of the study showed that writing anxiety widely existed among English majors ,and there was a significant relationship between English writing attitude and writing anxiety .Further-more ,the study also revealed that students with different anxiety level behaved differently on the use of writing strategy .Specifically ,there were significant difference on 15 subcategory strategies in terms of the planning stage ,while-writing stage and revising stage .This study provided many insights into English writing anxiety ,the use of English writing strategy and the relationship between the two , w hich might facilitate future researches in this direction .
