广西北部湾经济发展背景下的高等职业教育发展研究

Research on the Development of Higher Vocational Education under the Economic Development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf

广西北部湾经济大发展必将对教育的发展产生深远的影响,经济发展对学校的人才培养提出了更高更新的要求。结合广西北部湾经济发展的特色,提出广西教育应调整优化层次结构,协调发展高等教育专业结构,加强高职高专师资队伍的培养,走"工学结合"、"校企合作"、"产学研结合"的办学道路做出积极成效,培养大量高技能应用型、技能型人才,以此支持北部湾经济可持续快速地发展。

The rapid economic development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf will have a far reaching influence on the education ,as economic development demands higher and newer talent cultivation for schools .Combined with the characteristics of economic development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf ,this paper put forwards that Guan-gxi education should adjust and optimize structural levels , develop harmoniously professional structure of higher education ,strengthen the cultivation of higher vocational teachers ,follow the school route of “work-study”,“school-enterprise cooperation”and“university-industry-science partnership”.All those contribute to cultivate a great number of high-skilled applied and skilled talents ,so as to support the rapid and sustainable economic development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf .
