摘要
行政化是我国大学管理领域中广受诟病的热点问题之一。20多年来,各类研究成果虽然层出不穷,但却显得杂乱无序。本文按照自主构建的分析框架,采用定量分析的方法,相对全面、客观、系统地评估行政化研究的现状和进展。按主题、方法和层次三个分析框架,梳理分析20年来关于大学行政化问题的研究1 176篇论文。分析结果表明:大学行政化研究是一个研究不充分的新兴领域,具有外力驱动、问题触发、实践导向特征;研究总体处于从问题研究上升为体系建构、从内部关注转向为外部诉求的起步阶段;方法运用比较单一且远未达到方法论自觉的程度;研究层次以宏观意义上的院校、国际比较层次为主导,中微观层次的研究较少。
The administrative tendency is one of the hot issues in university management.Different from the traditional methods of literature review,this paper,based on the analysis framework of its own,uses the method of quantitative analysis to evaluate the status and progress of researches on administrative tendency comprehensively,objectively,and systematically.According to the three analytical frameworks including themes,methods and levels,1176 papers are selected and analyzed.The results show that the research on the university administrative tendency is an emerging research field which requires further study,with features such as being external driven,question triggered and practice-oriented.Overall,research on the university administrative tendency is at the beginning of the initial stage from the 'problem-solving' to 'system construction' and from the 'internal governance' to the 'external governance'.The research method is relatively simple.The methodology is applied far from self-consciously.The research level is dominated in the macrolevel and by international comparison.Few studies are at medium-or micro-level.
