摘要
以醋酸甲酯为原料,经羰基化合成亚乙基二乙酸酯中间产物、再裂解生成醋酸乙烯的技术方法是一种新型煤化工合成醋酸乙烯工艺路线。综述了国内外醋酸甲酯制备醋酸乙烯工艺过程以及催化剂体系,使用廉价醋酸甲酯为原料开发高附加值的下游产品,充分挖掘醋酸甲酯的经济效益,减少对苯二甲酸和聚乙烯醇生产成本,符合我国石油化工生产现状,具有良好的经济效益和社会价值。
Vinyl acetate is synthesized via methyl acetate carbonylation to synthesis of intermediate product ethylidene diacetate and then cracking,which is a novel synthetic route based on coal chemical industry.The advance in the catalyst systems and the processes for vinyl acetate synthesis from methyl acetate at home and abroad were reviewed in the paper.In order to develop downstream products with high additional value and reduce the production cost of p-phthalic acid and polyvinyl alcohol,the process of vinyl acetate synthesis used cheap raw material methyl acetate which was the byproduct during the production of p-phthalic acid and polyvinyl alcohol.Compared with the petrochemcial route of vinyl acetate production,vinyl acetate synthesis from carbonylation of methyl acetate possessed better economic efficiency and social value.
