摘要
为了提高海洋表面小波浪能量转换成电能的效率,提出了一种圆筒型Halbach永磁单相直线发电机的结构模型,采用有限元分析法对该永磁单相直线发电机的内部电磁场动态特性进行分析。根据分析电机结构参数对电机性能的影响,优化了电机齿槽结构。分析Halbach永磁体结构的充磁角度的不同对电机磁场性能和磁密曲线的影响。采用磁场能计算的方法对电机的定位力波动进行分析。最后,给出了电机在小波浪运行情况下的实验测试结果。分析和研究表明:圆筒型Halbach永磁单相直线发电机具有磁场正弦性高、定位力波动幅值小、能量转换效率高、结构简单、应用成本低等特点,在海洋波浪能发电领域具有较好的应用前景。
To convert the wave energy into more suitable forms efficiently,direct-drive wave energy conversion for small wave by tubular Halbach PM (permanent magnet) single phase linear generator was proposed.The structure and operation principle of the generator for wave energy capture were introduced.And the finite element method (FEM) was implemented to investigate the air-gap field of the generator and optimized structure of slot pitch and Pole pitch was obtained.Additionally,the cogging force of the generator was investigated at the different rate of slot pitch and pole pitch respectively.Lastly,the test results of the prototype were investigated in small wave energy conversion experimental system.Due to analysis results with the finite-element analysis results,the proposed model and analytical method are correct and effective.This kind of direct-drive wave energy conversion has well application in the field of wave energy conversion.
