摘要
分析了电子套结机的工作原理,在对伺服电动机和步进电动机控制方案进行合理选择的基础上,设计了基于CAN总线的电子套结机运动控制系统,并给出了系统的总体结构以及软件实现。实验表明,该系统操作灵活便捷,具有较高的运行效率和较好的缝制精度。
The working principle of the electronic bartack machine was analysed,and a motion control system based on CAN bus was designed on the basis of reasonable choices about the servo motor and stepper motor.In addition,the overall structure of the system and software realization were also given.Experiments show that this system has the advantages of flexible operation,high efficiency and good sewing accuracy.
