摘要
针对普通义齿基托韧性低、脆性大、易折断的现象,为使基托具有最薄的厚度和最大的强度,本课题选择聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为义齿基托用基体,高强高模聚乙烯为增强材料,纬平针为基础组织,设计开发复合增强型义齿基托材料。并通过三点弯曲,对比测试了基托试样以及未添加织物试样的弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量。结果表明:加入针织物的复合义齿基托的弯曲强度明显高于普通基托树脂;复合基托韧性好,使用中不易断裂,可提高使用寿命;复合材料基托受力后更不易变形。该复合增强义齿基托的制备为临床义齿的有效改进提供一定参考。
In view of the problem of low toughness and high brittleness and easy rupture, the paper develops a new kind of composite denture base reinforcing material by using PMMA as the denture base, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber as reinforcing material, and plain knitted fabric as basic structure, which has thinnest thickness and maximum strength. And it tests and analyzes the bending strength and bending elastic modu- lus by three point bending method. The results show that the denture base with knitted fabric structure has a high- er bending strength than common resin denture base; the composite denture base possesses good toughness, high strength and long service life; and not easy to deform under stress. The composite denture base reinforcing material made in this paper can provide certain reference for the improvement of clinical denture.
